Rachel ten Brink is the General Partner and Co-Founder of Red Bike Capital, a New York-based early-stage venture capital firm investing in high-growth sectors including AI, SaaS, Fintech, and Health & Wellness. A seasoned operator turned investor, Rachel co-founded Scentbird, a Y Combinator-backed e-commerce subscription company that raised $29 million in venture funding. As Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer, she scaled the business to over 500,000 subscribers, $200 million in revenue, and secured 74 strategic partnerships with leading brands such as Coty, Macy’s, and Glossier.
Prior to her entrepreneurial career, Rachel spent nearly two decades building global brands at Procter & Gamble, L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, and Elizabeth Arden. She currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Dyper and AboveBoard and is Chair of the Board at Latinas in Tech, promoting diversity across the technology ecosystem.
